Return and Refund Policy

Our policy is fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Consumer Guarantees (Faulty or Incorrect Items)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your collectible arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at techcollectables@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

2. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. Because we deal in tech collectibles, which often rely heavily on packaging condition and item rarity, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you found the item cheaper elsewhere.

3. Return Procedure
Do not mail items back to us without first contacting us. Once a return is approved under consumer guarantees, we will provide you with the return shipping details. Items must be securely packed in their original packaging, including all accessories, boxes, and certificates.
