Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and your location.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within Australia)
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (within Australia)

Tracking details will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your courier label is generated.

3. Shipping Damages
Collectible items can be fragile. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged by the courier, please take photos of the box before opening it, as well as photos of the item itself. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at techcollectables@gmail.com so we can lodge a carrier claim and arrange a resolution for you.
